8th Annual Ash Wednesday Fish Dinner February 17 in St. Cecilia Parish Hall. Serving full meal included fried or baked fish from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Catholic Men’s Breakfast March 13, 2010 in Wood River. The featured speaker is Dr. Ray Guarendi, father of 10 kids and a clinical psychologist, author, public speaker and national radio host. The cost is $15. Mass is at 8:00 a.m. at Holy Angels parish at 345 E. Acton in Wood River. A fantastic breakfast and the speakers follows at the Bethalto K of C Hall. Boy Scout Troop 216 in Glen Carbon, IL was chartered by our Council on February 16, 2006. Although they are a young Troop, they have experienced Scouts leading the Troop and dedicated, experienced adult leaders involved with the Troop Committee. Check out their web site.

Cub Scout Pack 4216 in Glen Carbon, IL was chartered by our Council in 2007. These young men will feed into the Boy Scout Troop. Check out their web site for their activities.

Council Information

The St. Cecilia Council meets at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Glen Carbon, Illinois. You can leave a message and/or contact the Knights by calling the church's office during business hours at (618)288-3200, or by completing the on-line form.

Council Meetings

Regularly Scheduled Meetings will be at St. Cecilia Catholic Church. The membership meets on the second Wednesday of each month; the council officers meet on the fourth Wednesday of each month.

About Our Council

The St. Cecilia Council was formed on Columbus Day, October 14, 2002 in the basement of St. Cecilia's Catholic Church in Glen Carbon, Illinois. It will officially be chartered on November 22, 2002, the Feast Day of St. Cecilia. The council is named after the church's patron Saint.
