Eldred N. (Buck) Adamson Memorial Scholarship

Each year the Council awards two $500 scholarships to a graduating high school senior from St. Cecilia parish. The scholarships are paid in $250 increments applied to the fall and winter terms at the college the recipient decides to atten. In 2004, four scholarships were awarded because the Council recieved two $500 donations from local businesses that requested the money be applied towards scholarships.

The Eldred N. Adamson Memorial Scholarships are payable to a college or vocational school that the selected students plan to attend. This is the council's fifth year to offer scholarships to High School graduates registered parishioners of St. Cecilia Church. Since 2003, the council has awarded $5,000 worth of scholarships (ten $500 dollar scholarships total).

Scholarship applications for the 2008-09 schook year are due no later than May 15, 2008. The instructions and application is available in PDF or Microsoft Word format.
